What sort of companies use Focus ?

Most of our clients are small to medium sized companies (1-250 employees). We like to build up long-term relationships with all our clients and therefore we focus on companies which will have on-going requirements for our services.

Our head office is in Thatcham, Berkshire. We have a second office in Powys supporting our Mid-Wales, West Midlands and Northern clients.

We justify our costs by helping to ensure the right business decisions are made - for the short and long term. Mistakes can be costly, financially and in terms of missed opportunities. We take the time to really understand your company and its marketplace. It is through this understanding that we feel we can do our job properly.

We use our techincal knowledge and experience to negotiate with suppliers. We can reduce the unknown factors in a project and most suppliers are keen to reduce their quote accordingly. We give them confidence in what specific solution they are being asked to provide, a more consise and complete specification will always result in lower quotes.
