Variable details such as overtime and bonuses are batch entered, whilst tax and national insurance deductions are automatically processed without the need for long drawn out calculations.

Bureau
Create and work on as many payrolls as you wish, there are no restrictions on the number of companies you can process with Payroll version 6.

Unlimited Employees
Payroll version 6 can process an unlimited number of employees for each company.

Automated Features
Features such as SSP, SMP and Working Families' Tax Credit are automated making payroll processing easy. Payroll version 6 can record employee loans and savings, optionally counting the number of deductions to be made.

Attendance and Holiday Module
Full yearly review of an employee's time off including holidays, SSP etc.
Attendance details can be entered per employee using the Attendance Wizard.
Holiday entitlement is set per employee and reduced as holidays are taken. The system will not allow holidays to be booked in excess of entitlement.
Warns of holiday clashes.
Produces employee attendance reports.
Shows a calendar of holidays taken.
Hours worked can be transferred directly into the hourly pay element, for checking and overtime allocation.

Multiple Payment Methods
Payroll version 6 supports cash payments, cheque payments (Apex 3 Standard) and produces a bank transfer report.
Integration is available with HSBC Hexagon, Nat-West PayAway, Barclays Business Master, Bank of Ireland transfer system and BACS electronic payment system.

Pension Scheme
Payroll version 6 allows the set up of an unlimited number of pension schemes. Choose from Global Flat Rate Pension, Individual Flat Rate Pension, or Percentage Pension.

Reports
A full range of comprehensive reports is available including sickness, pensions, and company car information.
Standard reports for P35, P11, P45, payslips and employee payment history are included. Magnetic Media year-end returns option is included.
