What is Network Support?
We provide on-site and telephone support with guaranteed response times including troubleshooting, system health-checks, infrastructure monitoring and complete system auditing.
Support is provided for Windows 2000/NT/SBS Server (incl. Exchange)
and XP/W2K/NT/98/95 Desktop, Microsoft desktop applications, Backup
Applications, Anti Virus Utilities, General Applications. We provide
daily remote systems administration and when necessary housekeeping
visits to manage network performance and avoid unnecessary downtime.
What are the options?
Telephone and Remote Access Support
We have the infrastructure and the internal systems to give your company support
when it needs it. If we can't resolve your problem straight away,
we will get a technician to phone you back - no more waiting on the
phone for 10 minutes or longer or log on to your system and fix it
as we are "virtually" in your office.
Hot line telephone support is provided from 08.30 to 17.30 Monday
to Friday excluding public holidays. All calls are logged by the Focus
help desk with a summary of all calls available on request.
Telephone and Remote Access Support time is unlimited for those queries
that can reasonably be resolved over the telephone or remotely. However
there will be times when problems can only be resolved by an engineer
on-site; in which case, our contract clients have priority.
On-Site Support
Where necessary, an engineer is provided for on-site support. This is available during normal hours or for evenings and, or weekends as agreed.
Contracts
We offer support contracts, all of which are tailored to the individual business and include a combination of:
- Telephone support.
- Remote Access Support.
- Pre-scheduled days for reserved for housekeeping.
- Support days available for use as and when needed.
- IT Outsourcing
We also provide a complete outsource service for companies that prefer to not employ in-house IT personnel; this is a very close partnership and we have a proven track record of providing a very high standard of support and advice.

Focus is a mature company with a broad range of technical and commercial skills and this enables us to adopt a consultative approach to understanding our clients businesses and making suitable recommendations.
We specialise in network design, implementation and project management
for tailored IT solutions including Microsoft, most hardware security
vendors and various other platforms and applications.
We offer complete solutions including E-mail, Internet access, Fax, Anti-Virus, Data back up, Disaster Recovery, Network & Server Security, Remote Access, VPN solutions, Firewalls.
We are fully independent and specialise in network infrastructure support only; we do not supply accounting or database applications so are unlikely to conflict with established suppliers.
Network Audit
We offer a complete Network Audit service; this will provide a detailed summary of all the hardware, software and protocols on the network, together with appropriate comments and, or recommendations.
