Systematic Commercial Interiors contacted Focus in desparation.
Having suffered being offline for 2 weeks with their previous support
company and getting nowhere in a hurry, they contacted Focus. On
initial investigation, with the other support company present onsite,
we discovered that the server was in a terrible state. Assisting
the other company by providing resources to clean some viruses off
the server, we discussed the current situation with both the client
and other support company. Confident we could solve all the issues
at hand, the other support company was relieved of service and we
took over.
The next morning, after two weeks of being offline and having the
server riddled with viruses and spyware, Systematic were up and
running again. In two days the server was stable and all the network
resources that had been unable for months were back up and running.
Over the next few weeks, Focus managed the seamless domain transfer
from one service provider to another.
Systematic Commercial Interiors are now a full contract client,
their server now runs with almost zero errors and is one of the
cleanest servers we manage.
