Remote Access Support
Medicine Publishing, has been a Focus customer for some time.
Over the past few years our relationship has gone from strength
to strength. Focus supports all Medicine Publishing's IT infrastructure,
we have installed new desktops, servers, firewalls, routers and
migrated their domain to SBS 2003 and secured their network from
spyware.
Medicine Publishing have almost daily IT requirements and their
systems are critical, without having a permanent IT staff member,
Focus provide a remote administration function for their network.
The servers are monitored and maintained on a daily and any requests
for changes are actioned either immediately or as soon the change
can be made. Focus are Medicine Publishing's IT department and the
network is configured is such a way that we are on the same network
and can access any device on the network and control it, configure
it or fix it, without setting a foot on the premises.
